David represents elderly clients who have been neglected, abused, or financially exploited in nursing homes. David also represents clients who hold the State of Washington accountable for properly licensing and monitoring licensed nursing homes or adult family homes.

Daycare Negligence
David represents children, and the families of children, who have been neglected or abused in a daycare facility. David also represents clients who hold the State of Washington accountable for properly licensing and monitoring licensed daycare facilities.

School Negligence
David represents students, and the families of students, who have been neglected or abused at school. Primarily, David assists students who have been assaulted or have sustained catastrophic injuries in the school environment.
